Project Title: Scraping Healthcare Provider Contact Information

Project Description:
We are looking for someone who is proficient in data scraping, highly organized and skilled, has strong previous experience of building contact lists and / or working with healthcare provider data.

Our company is an early stage healthcare startup. We want to create a database of health care providers for our company.

Give us a list of healthcare providers with their contact information and other relevant data (see Excel attachment for data input template and overview of required data fields).

Our Criteria:

All providers must be licensed in the state of New York.

Providers must be 1 of 7 types of providers (PT, OT, chiropractors, acupuncturists, dieticians and midwives), and ideally focused in maternal, women, or perinatal care.

The contact list should include approximately the same number of contacts for each provider type (note: we will provide our current list of contacts when the project starts).

We want that we get more and more providers and you add it to the Excel list.

We want you to see, once again, the Excel attachment for the data input template and the overview of the required data fields.

This is a sprint project, because we need this information as soon as possible so that we can start it as soon as possible, looking for a willing person.

We will also need such information in the future, that is why we will contact you even further.
