Go to Instagram on your phone and on your computer.

Click on the “following”, from your phone I want you to only account that has the words either “shop” or “boutique”.

Want you to exact as much info as you can, the main thing is emails. If you do a good job at extracting as most data as possible can be a going job for you 3 to 4 times per week.
