Scraping Auction Data from Whisky Auctioneers Websites

Project Title: Scraping Auction Data from Whisky Auctioneers Websites
Project Description:
Hi I’m looking to create a site that combines auction data from a number of whisky auctioneers websites.
Scotchwhiskyauctions.com
Whiskyauctioneer.com
Whiskyhammer.com
Whisky.auction
Just-whisky.co.uk
Thegrandwhiskyauction.com
Whisky-online.com
Speysidewhiskyauctions.co.uk
Wvawhiskyauctions.co.uk
Royalmilewhisky.auction
Globalwhiskyauctions.com
Whiskyauctionsedinburgh.co.uk
Whiskyauction.com
In terms of data fields, the key things to capture from live auction data I.e. description of bottle (distillery, age, abv%) and picture, current bid price, auctioneer name and link, time left of auction. For previous auctions, the key difference is final price as opposed to current price.
From a technical point of view, I’m not sure how it would work that the scraping would need to be done at regular intervals in order to capture live price. Is this something that can be done?
Let me know what you think.
