Project Title: Scrape New Property Detailed Listing

Project Description:
Every three months I would like to provide a list of post codes (csv, xlsx, etc, whatever you prefer), each to be appended to URL.

For each new property found (sold after the date of the last scrape) for each post code provided, I would like the following columns where the property has a detailed listing:
* property URL
* property address
* recent sale date
* recent property type
* recent price paid
* key features text
* images count
* floor plan count

Properties should only be returned where:
* the most recent sale date is after 1 January 2013
* the recent property type is detached, semi-detached or terraced

I estimate that the first run would produce between 750,000 and 1m rows, with each subsequent run producing between 50,000 and 100,000 rows.
