Project Title: Scrape Homes for Sale from Zillow.com

Project Description:
We need a simple tool or data feed that pulls listings for US residential homes for sale from Zillow.com (or from MLS, etc.).

The data would be input into an excel spreadsheet (or an alternative solution that is easily downloadable and filterable).

Ideally this data would be updated once per week or once per month.

The data should pull/include the following from the Zillow/MLS listing about the home:
Purchase price
Address
City
State
Zipcode
Number of bedrooms
Number of bathrooms
Square footage
Estimated payment per month
Rental value per month
