Project Description:
I am looking at scraping Redfin/Zillow/Realtor.com for MLS data.

I am looking for ALL data from these websites to be scraped & merged so that each home has all of the data from all of the websites merged one row (IE you could probably use the MLS number as the unique identifier of a property across the websites to get the data merged into one row).

There are the fields that are easier than others to scrape, but the right candidate will know how to scrape everything including, but not limited to:
Sales Tax History
School Ratings
Flood & Climate Index
Redfin Estimate
Rental Estimate
Market Competition Score
Walk Score
Transit Score
Bike Score

I will send you the list of US zip codes (the zip codes will remain static & will not change). In total there are about 15K homes across all of these zip codes (as of today).

I’d request a weekly refresh sent to me in an Excel format. Please quote the initial price of the project, but also separately DM me on how much it would cost monthly to host this. I am looking at something easy as coding is not my strength.

Prior experience in scraping these websites is a must.

I’m hoping to get this turned around ASAP.
