Using the NMLS database.
Only companies with at least 1 Sponsored MLO (See attachement).
If “0” Sponsored MLO’s do not include in the list.

Please provide the following data:
1) NMLS Number
2) Company Name and address
3) Phone Number
4) Email Address

Provide the aforementioned for the following states:

The States:
Group 1: AZ., CA., CO., OR., TX., UT., WA.
Group 2: CT., FL., GA., IL., MA., MD., NJ., NY., VA.
Group 3: AL., HI., ID., KS., KY., LA., MO., MT., NC., NM., OK., SC., TN., WI.
