I have a project where I will need to get the following information and get it verified by Google + Local points:

1. Business Name
2. Business Address
3. Lat/Long coordinates
4. Business Phone Number
5. Business Website Address

Each day I will send you a list of Google + Local points utilizing the URL link for each point such as the following URL: https://plus.google.com/117251036895321829497/about.

The number of points will vary from day to day. But I would need the information listed above for each point. And the information for each point would have to be returned and ready for use within my web app within 24 hours or sooner from the time that I send the list of points to you.

Can you give me a cost estimate and turn-around time rate per each point?

What is the maximum number of points that you can handle at a time.

This would be an on-going project with thousands of points to be processed, but in groups of several hundred each day.

We are in the process of developing the system and I have a few more questions:

1. Can this process be automated where our web app would send you the URL as our users of the app select the points and you get the information and feed it back directly into our database?

2. If it can be automated, how fast can we turn the information around? In other words, a user of the app would select a point. The URL would be automatically sent to you. Your process would find the 5 pieces of information and input it directly into the web app database. I would like to get the turn time down to just minutes if possible.

3. How do we control the quality of the information that you return? Especially the coordinate information? For example, the coordinates you returned would be of no use in the system because they were entered without decimal points (33601553 -117899771). In order to use the points, they need to have the decimals entered (33.601553 -117.899771). This is no big deal now as you did not know all the requirements. But in the production model, we would have to have a zero rate of error.

4. Your quote is about twice of what our budget was allowing for this process. What can we do to get the price more in the range?
