I have a data scrape project to gather leads of small debt collection agencies.

These agencies”fly under the radar” and are often not listed on a business directory like Manta, nor are they made available or easily found in other B2B databases like InfoGroup.

We find these by going through Craigslist, looking for job posters, that post stuff like “Collection Agents Wanted” or “COLLECTORS NEEDED” — we do this nationwide.

My favorite tool for scrapping is Octoparse however we haven’t yet configured it for this task — nor do I have an active paid premium subscription.
