Project Title: Data Scraping of Low Emission Zones

Project Description:
I need to pull a list together of all the cities and countries that are looking to implement low emission zones or green zones, which would stop high polluting internal combustion engines entering.

This should also be a list of existing cities and countries too which have already started to do this. This may need a couple of iterations.

I’d like a list which goes:
City
Country
Aim for Low Emission Zone
When will internal combustion engines be banned

Any other information you think relevant, such as announcements in the press as links would be good too.
