I would re-iterate the work requirement so that you can make a better decision about accepting my price point and also there is no confusion later on the deliverable side

I will provide you with some zip codes all over the US divided into four categories (Small city/Big City, Low-Income group/ High-Income group, 2*2 = 4 categories ). I will send a list of separated zip code.

Now I need at least 3000 distinct doctors, so each category will require at least 750 doctors. And there are 6 specialties of doctor to be searched – General Practitioners, Surgeon, Dentist, Pediatric, psychiatrist, OB-GYN. That means for every set of zip code, I will need around 125 doctors in each specialty.

The search when done on a zip code basis throws lots of doctors, and most of them in the initial is always highly rated.. but I also need low rated doctors too… so say for a set of zip code, if you are capturing 125 general practitioners, then it should be near about equal mix of High, Medium and Low rating ( High means – 4.5 and higher and Medium means 3.5 to 4.4 and Low means 3.4 and below) .

As stated earlier, I will need the following fields, appended with the zip code in which doctor was searched. I will need the real name of the doctors ( for data verification) and also the “Reviews and Rating” field should not be blank, I need doctors who have at least one subjective review and corresponding rating.

I can work with you or anyone who is doing this extraction thing to explain my requirement and assist in the process. I will try to be as helpful as I can. If you are okay with providing me with all the data dumps that you capture so that I can filter based on my requirement myself, that’s also fine with me. My only concern is price point because I am a student and paying this from my own pocket. Please don’t mind if it is looking like bargaining. I understand that every effort has a cost but I am able to pay only this much. Hope you understand.
