I am trying to pull a list of business verified from Crunch Base http://www.crunchbase.com/ and from LinkedIn.

We are doing research on companies that provide services to the legal industry. Such as advertising, internet marketing, etc.

We want to be able to run multiple queries in Crunch Base searching for a list of the companies we are looking for. Then we want to verify this information in a spreadsheet. We would also need a way to run this search on a regular basis so we can look for any new companies that have been added.

On LinkedIn, we want to verify information from the Company pages section.

Is this something you can help us with? Could we discuss how it would work, and what options you would have available?

I have some questions about this project that I wanted to discuss with you.

For the data extraction and verification of data on Crunch Base:

– Can you run multiple queries on Crunch Base for us, and send me the information back on just one spreadsheet? I would want the duplicate entries removed as well.

– If we did this, would we only have to pay for the records you sent us on the spreadsheet?

For LinkedIn Company searches:

– We would want the information you gathered and verified from LinkedIn added to the same spreadsheet as the one used for CrunchBase

Would your team be able to accommodate this? We may have more questions, but these are the ones we are currently trying to resolve.

I have a question about how you would scrape the data and verify from LinkedIn and from Crunchbase.

Right now, when I search for data on LinkedIn or Crunch base, I have to enter in a search phrase in their search box. However, the search box is not very advanced, so I do not get very good results.

When you scrape these sites, do you have to run a search in their search box, and then scrape the results? Or could you scrape all of the listings, but only look for specific keywords that would give you? If you could do this, I could get much better results and information.
