Project Title: Scrape Real Estate Listings from immobiliare.it

Project Description:
I need a Fully managed ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Service

I want to monitor real estate listings for a preferred location and discover sold prices hidden from the public

In details I need to scrape the following specific URL:
https://www.immobiliare.it/vendita-case/bologna-provincia/?criterio=rilevanza

The Data that I want to extract for each real estate listing are the following:
– Title
– Price (Euro)
– Area (Sqm)
– Latitude
– Longitude
– URL of each listing

I`m evaluating to obtain data with a daily, weekly, or monthly frequency (It depends from the budget…) It seems that data are public and are without anti scraping measures and blocking

Next I have to process the extracted data as follows;

For every real estate listing I have
– filter (using latitude and longitude) the other listings that are inside a circumference of 125 meters radius (or 250 of diameter)
– divide the ads by size of the surface of the apartments (30-50, 51-70, 71-90, 91-110, 111> Sqm)
– calculating the average price of the ads within the circumference divided by size of the surface of the buildings
– indicate the deviations of each listing with respect to the average
