Project Description:
I am looking to find ways to scrape or manually mine data from postings for vacant rental properties in the US.

The most common source to verify data is Craigslist but some others exist.

I am primarily interested in the phone number of the lister, but also try to capture whether they are a Property Manager for hire or the owner/landlord themselves.
